Michael Waters is an advanced technology consultant, researcher, inventor and sustainable recovery strategist. He has previously owned businesses in, designed and built: multi-axis robotics, adaptive manufacturing systems, experimental aircraft, custom homes, portable housing systems. Michael’s automated disaster recovery and library preservation systems are used worldwide at institutions such as the Library of Congress, the National Archives and the Russian Academy of Sciences, instrumental in recovery of the worst library fire disaster of the last century.
In the last twelve years Michael has researched cutting edge science and technologies that redefine current understandings in mainstream physics. He has established a large collaborative network of researchers and breakthroughs that profoundly affect fields of energy, mining, health, food, water, transportation, housing, sustainable economics and environmental recovery. The purpose of this research has been to discover causes of and solutions for the increasing number of global crises we now face. A primary focus has been energy R&D, working with a diverse group of breakthroughs that combined, uncover new understandings in physics. These discoveries also explain why current global business and environmental models are fundamentally unsustainable. Michael is currently on the board of a number of organizations involved in advanced energy, mining, agriculture and finance and directly involved in developing several paradigm shifting energy breakthroughs. Michael’s inventions span diverse fields including energy, robotics, fluidics, conservation, aviation and housing.
Ray Jennings is an attorney in Massachusetts and has been in practice for 17 years. He is a partner in the law firm Jennings, Jennings & Fishman near Boston. He earned his law degree from Massachusetts School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts.
As a lawyer, he has conducted numerous civil trials in the State and Federal Courts. Much of his work has involved business disputes and business litigation. He also has expertise in new business formation, contracts, employment, real estate, finance, estate planning, estate administration, and trust formation.
For most of his career, Ray has been involved in benevolent, fraternal and charitable organizations. He is an active member of Weymouth Rotary Club, The Loyal Order of Moose, the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. In 2008, Ray co-founded the Benevolent Organizations of the South Shore (B.O.S.S) Network. The BOSS Network focuses on developing personal relationships between the various benevolent, charitable, fraternal, government, religious and private organizations in the area south of Boston. The BOSS network has spawned many cooperative projects between the local organizations.
Over the years, Ray had been exploring new energy technologies as a possible business opportunity for himself and his business associates. One of the early opportunities that seemed most promising was a waste to electricity technology that was being developed by an engineering firm in the Boston area. The technology involved pelletizing trash and utilizing gasification to burn the fuel at high efficiency and create electricity. The prototype was the size of shipping container and was being used to power the engineering firms 20,000 square foot office space, solely with the trash generated from their offices. A few days before licensing was to begin, the engineering firm was awarded several multimillion dollar contracts from the U.S. Military. The prototype was purchase by the military for further testing and was later shelved.
While some may draw the conclusion that there is a vast conspiracy to suppress new energy technology, Ray believes the fundamental problem is with the corporate model itself. Corporations owe their loyalty to the stockholder alone, not to society, not to the community and not to the environment. The traditional business model puts money above all else. Ray saw the need to develop a new business model, one that placed the community and environment above money, a new business model combines the characteristics of a benevolent organization with traditional business interests… and NET has provided that opportunity.
Currently a California resident, Jim is originally from the east coast, near Washington DC. From an early age he was consumed with both scientific and artistic inclinations, including an intense fascination with magnets, motors, gyroscopes, static electricity and strange devices. His first years in college were as a Science major at Stetson University in Florida, but he eventually changed directions, entering Art programs at the University of Delaware and Washington College, where he received a B.A. in Fine Art w/departmental honors.
Jim’s abiding interest in science and technology led him into the information technology field, where he held a variety of computer technical positions, including IT Operations Manager at the Maryland campus of The Aspen Institute. Over the years he combined his art background and computer technical acumen into a refined, digitally based skillset, providing graphic design and digital photographic services to numerous commercial and private clients. Eventually this led into 3D modeling, industrial design and invention. He created a variety of innovative product concepts, one of which was granted two US patents and garnered keen commercial interest from key US companies including Sharper Image, WalMart, Sears, HSN, and Solutions.
In 2005, Jim moved to the west coast and established James Rodney Creative in Grass Valley, California, where he currently works in a variety of disciplines. Referring to his primary methodology as “Design Engineering”, he utilizes a variety of digital media including 3D modeling, CAD, animation, technical illustration, photography and graphic design. He creates detailed virtual models that clearly illustrate the look and function of conceptual devices and products, before any physical prototypes have been created. The digital parts, models and drawings can then be 3D printed or forwarded to manufacturers to start the production process. In 2012 Jim joined the NET group as graphic designer and benefactor. He stays abreast of developments in the free energy realm and works with the NET group weekly to assist in their mission of bringing exotic and free energy technologies to the forefront.
